Three tanks lifting at Cantine Due Palme
The tanks were positioned from one point to another in the Cellino San Marco plant
Power plants, wind farms, ports and airports. They are places where Marraffa feels at home, but they are not the only ones where our vehicles operate.
In fact, one of the last lifting works was held in the Cantine Due Palme winery, an award-winning Salento winery.
In detail, the activity involved the lifting of three 4-ton wine storage tanks with a Tadano Faun ATF 130G-5 mobile crane. The tanks were moved from one point to another within the Cellino San Marco plant, in the province of Brindisi.
The intervention required a high degree of precision: the tanks, in fact, were positioned in a blind spot, narrow and covered by other higher tanks. To overcome this problem, the crane operator was guided via transceiver by a driver, who was stationed at the point where the tanks were to be positioned.
A job successfully completed thanks to the preparation of Marraffa operators and the study carried out by the Logistics department.
